    Dave Ginder – Head Coach        Overall Record – 335 wins 118 losses - .740 Winning %

    Coach Ginder enters his 16th year as Head Coach after serving as an assistant for the previous six seasons at Carroll. He is a 1991 graduate of Carroll High School and a graduate of Anderson University where he graduated with a Mathematics and Secondary Education degree and is currently in his 21st year of teaching math at Carroll. Coach Ginder also holds his Master’s Degree in Administration. As Head Coach, the Chargers have continued on with their strong tradition of baseball success. They have enjoyed eight sectional championships, four regional championships and three appearances in the final four and State Championships in 2010 and 2011. He is married to Kristen and she is Surgical Case Coordinator for Parkview SurgeryONE. They have a son Langston (18) and daughters, Drezdan (16) and Jantzyn (13).

    Brett Windmiller - Varsity Assistant

    Coach Windmiller enters his 16th year on the Charger staff and 21st year overall. He is a 1991 graduate of Bishop Dwenger High School and has degrees from Huntington College and Ball State University. Coach Windmiller works with the catchers and hitters on both the varsity and reserve and leads the Chargers as the Mental Performance Coach. He teaches sixth grade science at Carroll Middle School and serves as a Team Leader. His wife, Kara, is the Athletic Secretary at Carroll High School. They are proud parents of their daughters Ryli (13) and Hannah (10).

    Chad Kohli – Varsity Assistant

    Chad is entering his 9th season coaching at Carroll and will work with pitchers. He graduated in 1989 from Northrop High School where he also coached for 10 years at the JV and Varsity level. He has a degree in Mathematics and Secondary Education. He and his wife, Lisa, own a business and have three children, Cameron (20), Jeremy (18) and Cassie (14).

    Jason Lantz – Assistant

    Coach Lantz is entering his 8th season coaching at Carroll. He graduated in 1991 from New Haven High School where he spent some time coaching at the JV and Varsity level. He has degrees from Ball State University, IPFW (Indiana University), and Indiana Wesleyan. Currently Coach Lantz is finishing his 21st year in education, the last 19 at Hickory Center. He is married to Keri who currently works as an Occupational Therapist for East Allen County Schools. They have 16 year old twins Lincoln and Veronica.

    Andy McManama – Reserve Head Coach

    Andy is in his third year as an assistant with the Charger program. Coach McManama graduated from Carroll High School in 2009 where he played baseball and football for the Chargers. Andy serves at the Director of Operations at the World Baseball Academy, in charge of all programming, scheduling and the Hoosier Classic Baseball Tournaments in Fort Wayne. Through the WBA, Coach Mac has had the opportunity to take international baseball trips to Nairobi, Kenya ('13) and Kazanalak, Bulgaria ('12, '13, '15, '16, '17), working with the Bulgarian Baseball Federation and World Partners.

    Raymond Wardell – Reserve Assistant
     
    Coach Wardell is in his 1st year with the Carroll Baseball Program. Ray graduated from Hebron High School in 1982 where he played baseball and basketball. He has degrees from St. Joseph’s College (Accounting), University of St. Francis (MBA) and Huntington University (teaching certification). Ray has been a Head JV and Varsity Head Coach at Wayne High School for 3 years (softball), Varsity Assistant Girls Basketball at Wayne High School and Varsity Assistant Baseball at Southside High School. He is finishing his 10th year of teaching in Business, spending 7 of those 10 years at Carroll High School. He is married to Sandra who is a Resource Instructional Assistant at Woodside Middle School for Southwest Allen County Schools. They have 3 children Dominic (28), Philip (24) and Victoria (21).

    Dan Jones – Strength & Conditioning

    This is Coach Jones’ second year at Carroll High School as the Head Strength and Conditioning coach and teacher.  Coach Jones graduated from Manchester High School in 2004 where he played baseball and football.  He graduated from Manchester University in 2009 with degrees in Health and Physical Education (K-12) and Fitness Concentration and also played football.  Before coming to Carroll he taught at LaVille High School and was an assistant football coach and head baseball coach. He has also taught at Franklin Central where he was an assistant football coach.  Coach Jones is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).  Coach Jones instructs all strength and conditioning classes at the high school and works closely with the baseball program. Coach Jones is also a sports performance coach for Optimum Performance Sports with Lutheran Sports Medicine.
