Setting User Rules
If you open your mail summary, you should have a list of good messages that you have received toward the bottom of the email. There should be a link beside each message to 'Always Block' that sender. If you click on the ‘Always Block’ option, you can now edit this list yourself.
- Click on the link in your mail summary that says Click here to view CURRENT messages held as spam.
- You will need to log in using your NACS email address and your password that you log in to the network with.
- Click on the ‘User Rules’ button at the top of the page
- You should now see two tabs in the gray bar
- ‘User Rules’ tab will list your allow and block rules that were individually applied by the user
- ‘Auto User Rules’ tab lists email addresses that you have emailed. These are added to your allow list automatically
- To edit either the ‘User Rules’ or ‘Auto User Rules’, simply click on the tab and then click ‘delete’ next to the sender that should no longer be blocked or allowed.
