Troubleshooting - ThinkCentral
Most updated versions of Firefox and Internet Explorer are supported, but plugins are needed. If ThinkCentral is not working correctly, below are a few things to try before contacting the NACS HelpDesk.
Unblock Pop Up Blockers (see directions below)
Update your computer to the latest version of the following:
- o Adobe Reader
- o Adobe Flash
- o Adobe Shockwave
- o Quick Time
Clean out your browser's history
Shut down and restart
To disable the Pop-up Blocker:
a. To allow automatic pop-ups from a specific website in Internet Explorer:
Open Internet Explorer
Click the Tools button, point to Pop-up Blocker, and then click Pop-up Blocker Settings.
In the ‘Address of website to allow' box, type the address (or URL) of the website you want to see pop-ups from, and then click Add.
Repeat step 3 for every website you want to allow pop-ups from. When you're finished adding websites, click Close.
