Differentiation in the Regular Classroom Classroom teachers are responsible for providing differentiation in lessons and activities. G/T teachers are available to provide assistance and support for differentiation of curriculum.

PEAK

PEAK is Northwest Allen County School's gifted and talented program for qualified students in grades 3 through 5. Students are pulled-out of the regular classroom to attend sessions with intellectual peers in the PEAK classroom.

Identification: A combination of high NWEA test scores, parent and teacher checklists, student interview and individual aptitude tests are used as criteria. A committee of professionals makes the
final determination. Identification of students is done in the spring.
