HSA Update

Telehealth Services: The One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA) permanently extended the rule allowing telehealth services to be used before meeting a deductible without affecting HSA eligibility.

What this means: Employees can access eligible telehealth services both before and after meeting the annual deductible without impacting the ability to contribute to an HSA.
