ParentSquare Notifications

Dear, Families,

With the school year wrapped up, we have received emails from families asking to be unsubscribed from school or district messages, especially those whose children have recently graduated or moved to a new school building.

Why Are You Still Receiving Emails?

Our student information system is scheduled to roll over in July. Until that official rollover happens, your student remains active in our system, which means you will stay in ParentSquare and continue to receive messages from your child's previous building for a few more weeks.

How to Mute Notifications Right Now

You can easily turn off or adjust your ParentSquare notifications and alerts yourself. Here is how to do it:

On the Mobile App:

  1. Tap the Menu button  (three horizontal lines) in the top left corner.

  2. Tap Account , then tap Notifications .

  3. Adjust your settings as needed.

On a Desktop/Computer:

  1. Click your name  in the top right corner.

  2. Click Manage Account  from the drop-down menu.

  3. Click Notification Settings  on the left and adjust as needed.

Please Note: "Urgent Alerts" (such as emergency notifications) may still come through until the system rolls over next month.
