A message from the Superintendent…
Dear, NACS Families,
After much prayer and reflection, I am writing to share that I have submitted my notice of retirement as Superintendent of Northwest Allen County Schools, effective June 30, 2027, which the Board of School Trustees accepted and approved at their board meeting on June 22, 2026.
To keep you informed throughout this year of transition, the board has created this webpage, which will serve as a hub for regular updates on the search process and eventually, the introduction and welcoming of our next superintendent.
Throughout my career, I have been driven by a simple belief: that every decision should be made with students at the center. Northwest Allen County Schools' commitment that "Your Future Is Our Passion" reflects that belief and has guided our work on behalf of students and families.
