PUBLIC MEETING

The Northwest Allen County Board of School Trustees met in regular session on Monday, December 7, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. in the Central Office Board Room. Members present: Ron Felger, Kent Somers, Paul Sloffer, Liz Hathaway and John Hilger. Also present: Chris Himsel, Gloria Shamanoff, Bill Mallers, Lisa Harris, staff, and a reporter.

I.C. 20-26-5-4.3 Public meeting on proposed employment contract between governing body and school superintendent.

President Ronald Felger called the hearing to order.

Secretary Paul Sloffer presented information on the Superintendent's Contract.

A. RESOLUTION CAPITAL PROJECTS Recommended approval of the enclosed Capital Projects Emergency Resolution for $36,457.55. Motion to approve by Kent Somers; seconded by Liz Hathaway. Motion carried.

B. CORPORATION PAYMENTS Building Corporation Payments - $ 21,445.00. Motion to approve by Paul Sloffer; seconded by Liz Hathaway. Motion carried.
